Our clients are organisers, agencies and venues from around the world, either working in their hometown or bringing international events to another country. We have a deep sense of efficiency in making sure the process flows to keep all the cogs moving smoothly. We understand how an event works, not just from the supplier side, but also from the client side and each operative element in between. Director & Technical ExpertMajed graduated from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in Egypt with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering. He joined the family business in furniture, flooring and interiors and has since risen up the ranks, starting in the manufacturing division, swiftly followed by a promotion to the Head of Carpet and Flooring. For the last four years Majed has steered the Al Mazen Group of Companies as its CEO. Responsible for the growth of the hotel fit out division, the business now works with a number of major groups to fit out 5* hotels across the Middle East. He diversified into exhibition flooring and furniture, working with and supplying all the major contractors and venues in the region. The exhibition division has grown to an impressive 80% market share under his leadership.
Chief Operating Officer
Jennifer has over 15 years’ experience within the exhibitions and events industry in key positions such as government stakeholder liaison, key account management, event conceptualisation, exhibition venue management, local stakeholder engagement, event sponsorship and exhibition sales.
After achieving her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Kent, UK, Jennifer spotted a gap in the market and founded an exhibition contracting company in Amman, Jordan. In 2007 she joined the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC) where she honed her international event industry experience with some of the region’s largest and most prestigious exhibitions and worked with the world’s leading event organisers and associations. More recently Jennifer has played a key role in the management teams of the ITU World Triathlon Series and Volvo Ocean Race.
MarketingAn experienced and passionate marketer and manager, Jenny has twenty years B2B marketing experience in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. She has worked with some of the world’s international organisers such as dmg:events and Informa, as well as developing and marketing leading B2B companies in various industries. She has a specific background in strategy development and brand growth through considered planning, team training, innovative thinking and efficient management. Dedicated to a relevant and agile approach she ensures that objectives and results remain the primary focus.
OperationsAdrian is a seasoned advisor to the events and exhibitions industry across a variety of international environments. He takes an approachable, realistic, practical and proportionate approach to event safety planning and management. Responsible for the production of a number of Codes of Practice and industry-recognised standards, Adrian is appropriately qualified to provide support from initial planning, through to on-site management assistance and post event feedback reports, aiding in the successful, safe delivery of events. Adrian’s eclectic career and wide experience spans both indoor and outdoor venues, royal, trade and public events, conferences and concerts. He believes the key to success is by integrating event management and operational delivery teams.
